What comes after training

A quarterly programme that keeps your team building, keeps them current as the tools change, and keeps leadership sighted on what is running across the business.

The month after a training programme is when the real value is decided. A few people run with it straight away. Others start something and never finish it. The risk is that the gap between them widens and the return on investment for the training narrows with it.

Our Capability Programme closes that gap.

One of our engineers works alongside your team on their live builds, a short quarterly session keeps everyone current as the tools move, and a written review gives leadership a clear view of what agents exist, who owns each one, and where a person signs off before anything reaches a client.

From 2 August 2026, this record has a second use.

The AI Act's Article 50 obligations apply to every organisation putting AI in front of its staff, whatever they use it for, and national authorities gain formal powers to enforce it on that date. It is an obligation of effort rather than of result, so what stands up is a continuing, documented programme rather than a certificate from a course you ran once. Four dated touchpoints a year and a written review of what is running is exactly that record.

It runs on a rhythm, on your calendar, for as long as you want it.

In short

For firms that have already trained or built, and want it embedded.

A quarterly programme for firms that have already trained their team or built something, and want it showing up in the work. Three parts, one cycle: hands-on build support, a tools update, and a governance review.

Managing directors & partners

You approved the investment. Now you need to see it.

Attendance reports tell you who turned up, not what has changed in the way things are done. This gives you a written quarterly view of what AI is actually running in the business.

Bid, pursuit & delivery leads

Your team came back brimming with ideas.

Plenty got stuck in. This puts an engineer alongside them on live jobs, to finish what was started and keep the momentum going.

Technical & digital leads

People have built agents, and nobody owns them.

This reviews what exists against governance standards, so you can scale it with something to show the board.

What changes

Five things a quarter of this actually does.

Half-built experiments get finished instead of sitting in someone's drafts folder.

Your team stays current on the relevant features of the tools they use, removing the overwhelm of keeping up with the pace of change.

The same standard applies everywhere, not just wherever the strongest team happens to sit.

A written record of what's running meets the Article 50 obligations regulators can enforce from 2 August.

New starters join a standard that already exists rather than inventing their own.

How it runs

One quarter, three sessions, on your calendar.

MONTH ONE

An engineer on your builds

One of our engineers sits with your team and works on their live jobs. Hands on the real work, unblocking whatever is stopping the thing they started from being finished.

MONTH TWO

A tools update

A short session on what has actually changed for how your team works. Not a survey of everything that's happened in AI this quarter, only the parts that touch your workflow, with troubleshooting folded in where it helps.

MONTH THREE

A governance review

A written review of the agents and workflows running in your team: what exists, who owns each one, and where a person signs off before it reaches a client. A dated quarterly review, building toward full governance ahead of 2027.

Why quarterly, and why on your calendar

Anything learned decays. Without reinforcement or a reason to apply it, retention falls away quickly, and the fall starts within a day. A single training event meets that curve once. A quarterly rhythm meets it four times a year.

It's the same principle as a new car losing value the moment it leaves the forecourt. Training depreciates from day one, not because anyone did anything wrong, but because the tools keep moving fast and nobody comes back to check the prompts, the Skills, or the agents still match what's available now. Left alone, a strong start quietly ages into the same habits from week one.

Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 without reinforcement Retention

Retained capability with a quarterly touchpoint (crimson) versus a single training event left alone (grey).

Commitment

Quarterly, payable in advance, with a review at the end of the first cycle against measures agreed before it starts. Continue, pause or extend on the evidence.
